Projects are located across Edmonton and surrounding areas. Applicants must be able to reliably travel to various job sites.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced landscape construction professional to lead a 1–2 person crew, ensure high‑quality workmanship, and maintain professional communication with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small crew on landscape construction projects
- Interpret plans/elevations and complete accurate site layouts
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site organization
- Delegate tasks and coordinate tools/equipment
- Report on project progress and materials
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years in landscape construction
- Skilled with: paver patios, retaining walls, grading/base prep, tree planting
- Ability to work in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs
- Crew leadership experience
- Ability to read plans and work with elevations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating:
Work truck with trailer (daily use)
Skid steer
Mini excavator
Plate compactor / jumping jack
Cut-off saws / hardscape saws
Laser levels and standard landscape tools
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (clean abstract)
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Police information check
- Overtime work and weekends
What We Offer
- $25–$35/hour, based on experience and leadership ability
