Job Overview
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Front Desk Specialist / Music School Administrator to manage the daily operations of our fast-growing music school.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music, excellent with people, and capable of driving student growth while ensuring smooth coordination between students and instructors.
Duties:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage lesson schedules for students and instructors
- Able to teach Piano/Drums is an added advantage
Communication & Front Desk
- Receive and make calls professionally
- Respond to inquiries (phone, email, social media)
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
Student & Instructor Management
- Coordinate student enrollment and onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Support instructors with scheduling and communication
Social Media & Marketing
- Manage and update social media platforms
- Promote programs, classes, and events
- Assist in marketing campaigns to attract new students
Business Growth
- Actively contribute to increasing student enrollment
- Engage in outreach and client acquisition strategies
- Support promotional events and partnerships
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and class updates
- Maintain accurate attendance and records
- Proven experience in educational leadership or administration, preferably as a principal or assistant principal
- Strong background in teaching with demonstrated leadership in curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent public speaking skills for engaging diverse audiences effectively
- Experience with Ellucian or comparable student information systems is highly desirable
- Successful recruiting experience to attract qualified staff members
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and fostering teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to teach Piano/Drums is an added advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident handling calls and customer interactions
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Social media management skills
- Professional, friendly, and presentable personality
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
