Blossoms & Roots is a warm, nurturing, nature-based childcare community opening a new location in Cranbrook, BC. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Infant/Toddler Educator (ECE-IT) to join our team full-time.
We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and dedicated to creating meaningful connections with children and families while supporting a play-based, relationship-focused environment.
Position Details
- Position: Infant/Toddler Educator (ECE-IT)

Qualifications
- Valid BC ECE-IT Certificate (required)
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting
- Experience working with infants and toddlers is required
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Strong understanding of child development and BC licensing regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing and responsive care to infants and toddlers
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
- Support daily routines including meals, diapering, naps, and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements

Pay: $25.00-$31.00 per hour
