Currently we are looking for competent CNC Mill Operators for day and afternoon shift.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Efficiently execute the assigned manufacturing job(s) on the assigned CNC machine
· Operate the machine control system given the various parameters as per program
· Proactively review job information ahead of the execution of the job to ensure to no machine downtime
· Review material, parts tools, programs, instruments ahead of the job
· Confirm manufacturing technology and request immediate support whenever needed to maximize machine run time
· Verify machined parts to ensure they are complying with customer requirements
· Clean parts to ensure they are complying with customer requirements
· Maintain traceability of the job, materials and parts, and avoid any confusion or mix-up between jobs
· Report immediately any changes made to programs, tools, etc… to the Supervisor
· Report any scrap or left-over materials or parts, do not keep any after job completed
· Know and follow the procedures of the Production department
Qualifications:
· Acceptable knowledge of CNC machining, tooling and operation of CNC machine controls
· Acceptable knowledge of CAD and CAM files and post processor code
· Basic ability to read manufacturing drawings and use calibrated instruments
· Acceptable tidiness and organization of its work station
· Team player
Ø Canada Mold is willing to train.
Ø Experience is an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
