Position Overview:
Part of the operations team, this career path includes the process and equipment downstream of the press. The finishing Technician is responsible for operating & maintaining equipment throughout the area and ensuring all saleable product meets the required specs. The Finishing Technician is also responsible for responding to upset conditions in this area and will assist the support team with troubleshooting activities.

- Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
- Commitment to working safely coupled with strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding industrial environment;
- Ability to work independently with little supervision;
