Penticton Toyota is seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our growing service department. As the primary point of contact between our customers and our service team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping ensure efficient and profitable service operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
- Prepare service estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow effectively.
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections, repair progress, and completion timelines.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Review completed work orders and explain repairs and charges to customers.
- Promote maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended programs.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in accordance with dealership policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to positive online reviews and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
