Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team and are offering a $5,000 signing bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Troubleshoot and repaid mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Conduct equipment testing to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with heavy equipment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing job duties in various environments
- Valid driver’s license (DZ/AZ an asset)
- Own tools required (company tools provided where applicable)

Pay: Up to $46.00 per hour
