Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food presentation, plating, and portioning to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and sanitation procedures
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
- Clean and wash dishes, utensils and glassware
- Maintain cleaningness of the restaurant and perform daily and weekly cleaning duties as per boston pizza satandars.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food preparation, serving, and food safety practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Experience as a barista or in hospitality roles is a plus
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
