LTS Nurseries is seeking a knowledgeable, EXPERIENCED, and motivated Greenhouse Manager to oversee daily greenhouse operations and support the growth of our nursery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong horticultural background, a passion for plant care, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all greenhouse operations, including plant care, propagation, watering, fertilization, and pruning
- Monitor and manage climate control systems (temperature, humidity, ventilation, and irrigation)
- Implement and manage pest and disease control programs using best horticultural practices
- Maintain plant health and quality standards across all greenhouse crops
- Plan and organize planting schedules and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality of greenhouse spaces
- Communicate effectively with ownership and team members regarding production needs and timelines
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in horticulture or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, care, and growing requirements
- Experience with greenhouse climate control systems and integrated pest management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
