Role Description
Climate Control Canada is looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join our installation and service team. This role focuses on installing temporary heating ducting and ventilation systems on construction and industrial job sites.

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople installing temporary heating systems, ducting, and climate control equipment that support major construction schedules and industrial operations.

What You Bring
- Experience installing sheet metal ducting and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or installation plans
- Experience working on construction or industrial job sites
- Proficiency using sheet metal tools and installation equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
- Comfortable working at height and with heavy materials
- Willingness to travel for projects when required
- Clean B.C. driver’s abstract
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing company environment
