Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery
Experience
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Prior experience with sales administration tools such as CRM software is advantageous
