Account Executive – B2B Sales (Growth & New Business)

We’re hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to drive new revenue growth across existing customer accounts and new logo opportunities. This is a hunter role focused on opportunity creation, pipeline development, and closing business.

Daily Responsibilities & How You’ll Succeed
Owning and growing revenue within a defined territory and account base (~250 accounts)
Proactively hunting for new opportunities within existing customers
Identifying and closing new logo business
Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
Selling West X’s portfolio of equipment, services, and solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Working with sales leadership to consistently exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
A competitive, goal-driven sales professional
Strong relationship-building and discovery skills
Comfort prospecting and initiating sales conversations
Previous sales experience (B2B preferred; Retail/Hospitality considered)
Solid computer skills (CRM, MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
Eligible to work in Canada; fluent in English
