We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize organizational skills to manage sales pipelines, follow up with clients, and meet sales targets
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store or company sales goals
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or merchandising preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present product demos confidently
