As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted guide to assist customers coming into our showroom. Your role is more than answering calls—it’s about building relationships, anticipating needs, and making sure every client feels like our most important one.
What You'll Do
- Be the first friendly voice and helpful resource for new and returning customers.
- Consult with clients to understand their brand, style preferences, and functional needs.
- Track order progress, proactively update clients, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
- Keep detailed, organized records in our CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help us improve our products and processes.
