What We’re Looking For
- Strong fading, tapering, grooming, and finishing skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Passion for customer experience and hospitality
- Punctuality, discipline, and a growth mindset
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and health standards
- Licensed barber or hairstylist preferred
- Minimum 1 year shop experience preferred
- Talented apprentices with exceptional skill and professionalism are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Deliver premium grooming services including fades, tapers, beard grooming, hot towel services, line-ups, and modern styling
- Maintain Miami Fades service and presentation standards
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients
- Contribute positively to team culture and professionalism
- Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and operational procedures
Compensation Potential
$2,500–$4,500+ bi-weekly potential
(Commissions + tips + performance incentives)
