Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Executive will drive new business for Irpinia Kitchens. This is a hunter role at its core; you will identify and pursue new opportunities, build a high-value pipeline, and close deals that expand Irpinia's presence in the luxury residential, multi-family, and commercial markets. You will also be responsible for elevating the entire sales function: building process discipline, leveraging Salesforce, and setting the standard for how Irpinia goes to market.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who is energized by building, not maintaining, and who wants to leave their mark on an iconic Canadian brand.

- Develop and refine sales processes, templates, and playbooks to build a scalable, repeatable sales function
- Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance reporting to the CEO
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
