Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Golf Course Turf Maintenance Worker to join our grounds crew. This role involves a variety of outdoor labour tasks including course upkeep, garden maintenance, driving range duties, and operation of light equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, detail-oriented, and willing to take on repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general groundskeeping duties including trimming, weeding, and course cleanup
- Weed whack around tee boxes, greens, bunkers, fences, and buildings
- Maintain gardens, flower beds, and landscaped areas
- Collect and pick up golf balls from the driving range and maintain range equipment
- Assist with maintaining turf areas, including optional/secondary turf maintenance tasks
- Operate light equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles
- Rake bunkers, repair divots, and assist with course setup as needed
- Complete repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with consistency and care
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping, construction, or golf course maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to operate small equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality grounds
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
Working Conditions:
- Early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically demanding work including lifting, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks

Availability Requirements
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday, including early morning shifts
