Business Development Manager – Construction

Fedeck Construction is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the construction industry.
Our goal is to grow into more commercial, municipal, institutional, and government construction projects across Ontario. We are looking for someone who understands how to find opportunities, build relationships, pursue tenders/RFPs, and help bring real projects to the company.
Responsibilities
- Find and pursue new commercial, municipal, and construction opportunities
- Build relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, municipalities, and business owners
- Identify tenders, RFPs, bid opportunities, and partnership opportunities
- Follow up with leads and help close new projects
- Support proposal preparation and business development strategy
- Help grow the Fedeck Construction brand across Ontario
Requirements
- Experience in construction business development, sales, estimating, or project coordination
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and build long-term relationships
- Understanding of commercial and municipal construction is a strong asset
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-focused
- Existing industry connections are a major asset
Compensation
- Base salary
