Juniper Counselling Centre is seeking an experienced Clinical Associate to join our growing team at our beautiful Manotick location.
We are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with youth, parents, and adults, and who is excited about building meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships. With a strong referral base and active waitlist, this is an opportunity to step into a thriving practice and quickly build a fulfilling caseload.
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy working with Adolescents (12+) and young adults, parents and adults
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with training and experience in Trauma-informed therapy, Attachment-based interventions, or Disordered Eating
The Role
- Provide in-person therapy at our Manotick location
- Work from a dedicated, consistent office space (no switching between rooms)
- Build and maintain a caseload averaging 18+ client sessions per week
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced clinical team
- Participate in consultation and peer support opportunities
What We Offer
Immediate Caseload
Juniper receives a high volume of referrals and maintains a substantial waitlist. New Associates are typically able to build their caseload quickly.
Strong Compensation
- Sessions billed at $180 per hour
- 70/30 split in favour of the Associate
- Consistent referrals support stable and predictable income
Clinical Support and Growth
- Twice-weekly optional peer consultation
- Bimonthly expert consultation with Dr. Katherine Henderson
- Access to experienced colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating and supporting one another
Full Administrative Support
We manage referrals, marketing, intake systems, billing infrastructure, and practice operations so you can focus on client care.
Practice Infrastructure
- OWL Practice for scheduling, notes, secure messaging, billing, and video appointments
- Established systems and processes that make private practice easier

Qualifications
- Registered with CRPO or OCSWSSW (fully registered)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-graduation (outside of internship/practicum training)
- Experience working with youth, parents, and adults
- Strong clinical judgement and collaborative mindset
- Warm, authentic, and client-centred approach
