Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team. This role is primarily phone-based and involves reaching out to businesses that employ drivers, introducing them to our platform, and encouraging them to sign up.
The Sales Representative will spend most of the day making outbound calls, building relationships with potential clients, explaining the benefits of our platform, and following up with existing clients who have been inactive for several months. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone, persistent, organized, and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Duties
- Make outbound sales calls to businesses that employ drivers
- Present and explain the benefits of our platform
- Sign up new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Follow up with inactive clients and encourage them to return to the platform
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client activity
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Meet daily and weekly sales activity goals
- Attend events
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups effectively
- Previous sales or call centre experience is an asset
Compensation will include a base salary and commission.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
