Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Operation Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering business growth, and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across assigned regions to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand business development opportunities within the area.
- Supervise and mentor team members, including managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and achievement of project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize operational workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to inform senior leadership of progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional activities with overall company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic solutions to complex challenges.

Pay: $42,697.64-$115,952.18 per year
