ECM Strata Management Ltd located in Abbotsford looking to fill Strata Manger’s position. Candidate must have Strata Management license or passed course from Sauder School of Business. Job responsibilities are:
- Manage Strata properties in accordance with Strata Property Act and B.C. Real Estate Services Act
- Attend Strata Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings, and prepare meeting minutes for distribution-
-Assist Strata Council to enforce bylaws and rules
- Guide Strata Council to perform day to day activities
- Any other duty assigned by the brokerage
