Branddrade Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing cabinetry installation team.
No construction experience? No problem.
We're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and want an opportunity to learn a skilled trade, we're willing to teach you.
The Position
Our cabinetry installation crews typically work in two-person teams, but delivery days require an additional set of hands. That's where you come in.
You'll move between our active projects, helping our crews receive, unload, organize, and distribute cabinetry and materials on delivery days. Between deliveries, you'll work alongside our skilled carpenters and site labourers, helping wherever you're needed and learning more about cabinetry installation along the way.
This is not a delivery driver position. You'll be working on-site on the receiving end of deliveries and supporting our installation crews.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving and unloading cabinetry deliveries
- Moving cabinets, panels, accessories, and materials throughout the job site
- Organizing and staging cabinetry for installation
- Checking delivered materials for visible damage or discrepancies
- Keeping delivery and staging areas clean and organized
- Assisting our carpenters with general cabinetry installation and site tasks
- Travelling between active project sites depending on where you're needed
- Learning cabinetry installation skills as you gain experience
- Following company and site health and safety procedures
Who We're Looking For
Previous construction or cabinetry experience is not required.
We're more interested in finding someone who:
- Is reliable and shows up on time
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Isn't afraid of physical, hands-on work
- Can regularly lift and move cabinetry and building materials
- Works well as part of a team
- Can take direction and learn quickly
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Is flexible and comfortable working at different project locations
- Takes pride in keeping materials and work areas organized
- Wants to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility
You'll be joining a great group of young, hardworking guys who take pride in their work and enjoy working together. We're looking for someone who fits into that environment and wants to become part of the team.
What We Offer
- $22–$27/hour depending on experience
- Paid travel time when travel exceeds 1 hour each way
- Health benefits after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period
- Full-time, Monday-to-Friday employment
- Consistent work across long-term cabinetry projects
- Hands-on training
- Opportunity to learn cabinetry installation and skilled carpentry
- Opportunity to take on more responsibility as your skills develop
- Variety of work across multiple project locations
- Supportive, team-oriented work environment
Opportunity to Grow
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the construction or cabinetry industry but hasn't had the opportunity to gain experience yet.
You'll work directly alongside experienced cabinetry installers and carpenters and learn the trade from the ground up.
We're not expecting you to know everything on day one. If you're dependable, willing to work hard, and eager to learn, we're willing to invest the time in teaching you.
