BOSS Staffing is hiring Team Leads for our client in Brampton, a large supplier of truck and trailer parts.
Location – Brampton near Steeles and Hwy 410
Shifts available:
Days – Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Afternoons – Monday through Friday 2:00Pm-11:00PM
The pay rate is $27 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Communicate daily team goals and deadlines to team members
● Train new temps, direct hires and serve as mentor for the team
● Prepare shift reports, coordinate and communicate results of daily workflow
● Communicate individual and team accomplishments to Supervisor
● Communicate attendance and performance issues to Supervisor
● Communicating and collaborating with coworkers and supervisor
● Fill-in for absent team members to ensure daily work is completed
● Maintain/update filing system, retrieving information as needed
● Ensure basic supplies are available at all times, working with office staff to replenish as needed
● Maintaining quality service standards while adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
● Performing other related duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Minimum 2 years’ experience of multiple job duties in warehouse environment
· Certified license to operate Order Picker, Stand-Up Dock Stocker and Raymond Reach
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written a must
· Able to perform all functions/duties of team members
· Must be proficient with Company SOPs
· Ability to operation Reach, Swing Reach desirable
· Proven knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
· Ability to operate RF Scanner efficiently
· 4 Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training

Working Conditions
· Standard schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) / 2pm – 11pm (Monday to Friday
· Overtime may be required on occasions
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs
· Prolonged periods of standing
