Part-Time Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent)
Location: Brampton, ON
About Us: Growing real estate team serving Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan and surrounding GTA areas.
Responsibilities:
Call buyer and seller leads
Follow up with CRM leads
Qualify prospects
Book appointments for Realtor
Update CRM notes
Send follow-up texts and emails
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Sales or call centre experience preferred
Comfortable making 100+ calls/day
Real estate experience is an asset
Familiar with CRM systems
Hours:
20–25 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay (or base pay, depending on experience)
Also, $100 bonus for every lead generated by the ISA that results in a successfully closed real estate transaction (purchase or sale)
Bonus is payable after the transaction has firmed up and successfully closed.
