Job Role / Duty:
- General role:
Routinely maintain and regularly upgrade RoadPass IT network system, website programs, server and all infrastructure and equipment related to the computer system, to ensure RoadPass IT systems perfectly perform, attract maximal commercial attraction and achieve the best telemarketing effectiveness.
- Specific duties:
:
Integrate and enhance the architecture of RoadPass existing computer system and network programs, maintain, streamline, create and revise codes and other necessary contents to promote efficiency, both externally with RoadPass clients and internally with Management, Admins and Driving Instructors; listen and timely react to external and internal feedbacks to ensure most fitting solutions; search and install up-to-date software products, upgrade RoadPass systems to always best showcase our services; coordinate with and instruct RoadPass staff on how to use coding to secure unobstructed access to upgraded scheduling system; secure a platform for RoadPass staff to offer our clients real time advice whenever required; create, test, maintain and upgrade a well-connected internal platform for RoadPass team; administrate system network (Operation System, LAN and WIFI setting, troubleshooting, problem solving and etc.); always back up data to ensure absolute security and recovery; update the interface data regularly (notification of theory classes, in-vehicle instruction, prices and adjustments, events and etc.); monitor system performance (speed, traffic, data quantity, content quality, feedbacks and etc.) to secure the best condition; create and well admin contents on WeChat Mini Program to help RoadPass major clients better receive our services.

Routinely administrate and regularly upgrade RoadPass server, website pages and online contact system; install up-to-date hard and software to ensure RoadPass website always appealing, well-organized, demonstrative for RoadPass clients to easily view and access our services; regularly test, revise and upgrade systems to maintain RoadPass image always competitive; rapidly respond to RoadPass business needs, design or adjust programs timely to ensure interfaces and all data always most updated.
Qualification Requirements for Candidates:
· At least 2 years of related experience
· College or university education in computer science
· Good communication skills, responsible and reliable personality
· Quick learning ability
· Telemarketing or related experience is an asset
· English (required) and Chinese (an asset)
Period of the position: Fulltime (>30 hours/Week); Permanent
Annual Work Weeks: 52 weeks
Start Date: as soon as possible
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
