The Role
As a Customer Success & 3D Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt Synode while contributing to the creation and optimization of technical content.
This position combines customer onboarding, training, technical documentation, product support and 3D content preparation.
You will work directly with customers, partners, product teams and engineering to ensure successful deployments and a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Success & Training
- Onboard new customers and guide them through platform adoption
- Conduct virtual training sessions and product demonstrations
- Support customers during implementation projects
- Answer customer questions and troubleshoot platform usage issues
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team
- Build long-term customer relationships and help drive customer success
Technical Documentation & Content
- Create tutorials, training materials and Help Center documentation
- Produce video tutorials and product walkthroughs
- Maintain and improve customer-facing knowledge resources
- Assist in creating best practices and implementation guides
3D & Digital Content
- Import, prepare and validate 3D models for use within the Synode platform
- Optimize assets and project configurations
- Perform quality assurance on customer projects
- Support the creation of interactive work instructions and training experiences
Product Operations
- Test new product features and releases
- Report bugs and usability improvements
- Contribute to internal processes and documentation
- Support pilot projects and strategic customer initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to help others succeed
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
Asset
- Experience in customer success, technical support or onboarding
- Experience with 3D software such as Blender, SolidWorks, Maya, 3ds Max or similar
- Experience creating tutorials, documentation or training materials
- Experience with AR, VR or industrial technologies
- Video editing experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
