Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Support Workers to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks, including vital sign monitoring and basic medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
- Support patients in maintaining comfort and dignity during their stay or treatment.
Experience
- Prior experience in patient care or healthcare support is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring attitude towards patients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
