We are seeking experienced and talented Barbers who can bring their own clientele while also helping manage the steady flow of walk-ins from our established client base. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Welcome clients and ensure excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, while also managing new walk-in clientele
- Recommend additional services or products to enhance the client experience
- Contribute to the professional, welcoming environment of the shop
Experience and Qualifications
- Licensed barber (or equivalent experience) with proven skills in modern techniques and styles
- Established clientele strongly preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards in a barber shop environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to providing excellent service
Pay Structure
This is a commission-based position. Barbers typically earn between 45%–55% commission per service, with strong walk-in traffic and an established client base contributing to consistent earnings. This generally equates to CA$18–38 per hour, depending on experience, client volume, and services provided.
