Duties:
- Assess and inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repair costs, including labor, parts, and materials
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Monitor the progress of repairs and update customers on the status of their vehicles
- Conduct final inspections to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle damage
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain repair processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Proficient computer skills for estimating software and other job-related tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
