Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases efficiently
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and security
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain organized checkout counters and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding store promotions and policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
