Our client is looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who can oversee the day-to-day accounting function while helping guide long-term financial planning and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliations
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
Prepare and review financial statements
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations that support business objectives
Manage audits, tax coordination, and regulatory reporting requirements
Evaluate and improve accounting systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities
Supervise and mentor accounting staff while fostering accountability and operational excellence
Previous experience as a Controller
Prior SaaS experience is required
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
