We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join the Maliya Wellness Centre for Women, Teens and Children in the beautiful Town of Cochrane.
Come join our sisterhood of collaborative care practitioners who are providing the foundation for women, teens, and children to be supported along their paths towards well-being.
Daytime hours required between 15- 25 clients per week.
We offer convenient online booking and direct billing to attract clients. Beautiful therapy rooms. Your independent contractor commission is paid bi-monthly via direct deposit. We supply all linens, hydraulic massage tables, additional marketing and social media, on-site laundry and reception. Access to collaboration with other practitioners including chiropractors, acupuncturists, osteopaths, psychologists, physiotherapists, and more.
Increased hourly rates varies depending on offerings. This pertains particularly to those with additional training in "specialty massages" and providing those "advanced care" services to our clients at increased rates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs including children and pregnant women.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to AHS protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Document client progress and treatment plans accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
- Be registered with the regulatory body in our province. Individual insurance and liability are required.
Requirements:
- Practicing 1 year preferred
- Ability to attend 12:30pm staff meetings virtually or in person the 2nd Friday of every month.

- Must be willing to collaborate with other practitioner's and modalities at Maliya to support the holistic well-being of your clients
