You work well both independently and collaboratively as a team player and communicate clearly with Site Supervisors and other Trades. Your attention to detail ensures the completion of our projects are met with precision and quality, reflecting our commitment to excellence in construction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Installation of steel stud framing
- Installation and fabrication of finishing details
- Installation of backing, blocking, and structural supports for millwork and finishes
- Installation of doors, trim, hardware, and architectural details
- Ensure precise, high-quality finishing throughout the project
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
- Work directly with the Site Superintendent, Project Managers and our office design staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- High-level experience as a finishing carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- In‑depth understanding of construction materials, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills supported by strong organizational and efficient time‑management
- Close attention to detail and skilled in resolving on-site challenges quickly and effectively
- Valid BC Drivers License

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation (hourly): $30.00 to $38.00
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
