Property Management Coordinator

Preferred Properties Management is a growing property management company committed to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. We are looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Property Management Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day property management operations.
- Respond to tenant and owner inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare leases, notices, and other property management documents.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Conduct tenant screenings and assist with move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain accurate tenant, property, and financial records.
- Assist with rent collection and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Advertise vacancies and coordinate property showings.
- Support general office administration and other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, administration, or customer service is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Experience with property management software is an asset but not required.
