Legend Creators Montessori School, Innisfil, is looking for an Infant Toddler
Montessori Directress/RECE to join the LCMS team. This is a full-time position
available from July 15, 2026.
The ideal candidate must:
Believe that the child will show his true nature through working with the
materials.
Have the ability to follow the child.
Commit to preparing and maintaining the environment in perfect order.
Have patience and humility.
Hold a valid MACTE or AMI certificate at the CASA level/Be registered with
the College of ECE’s.
Have at least 1 year experience in a Montessori Environment/Daycare.
Be able to create newsletters and progress reports.
Must enjoy engaging in outdoor activities with children.
Must enjoy creating art-related projects with the children.
Be willing to engage in Professional Development opportunities.
Be excited to work in an authentic Montessori Environment
