Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality barbering and hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and creating a professional, friendly atmosphere
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and common areas
- Recommend and upsell grooming products and services to enhance the client experience
- Support daily shop operations, including appointment flow and teamwork coordination
- Build long-term client relationships that reflect the Mr. Classy brand standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a barber or in a grooming barber shop environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented setting
- Sales awareness and confidence in recommending products and services
