Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk / bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our facility, particularly within a dental office setting.
Duties
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, replying emails, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and payment processing.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online
- Order materials and supplies
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative duties using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Post updates on Instagram and help maintain our online presence
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable using Instagram and basic social media tools
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an asset
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
