Seeking 1 excellent Full Time cleaner to join our residential eco-cleaning team!
You are ideally located centrally as you may need to drive to Kanata/Stittsville - Orleans.
You are passionate about everything clean and harmonious in a home!
You also enjoy meeting people. You have the stamina to be able to clean for 4, 5, 6, 8 hours at a time.
You work well solo and with others (usually we work alone).
You have your own car which you will use every working day.
My name is Sahaj and I'm the owner of Brighter Space Cleaning Co. My vision is to grow a company of calm joyful cleaners who love to work in varied homes, while also getting some good exercise, and being valued for the work they do.
This is no ordinary cleaning company.

To work with us:
- Your english must be excellent
- You must be able to communicate well and respectfully with others.
- You must also have your own car.
- You must be physically fit to be able to clean for up to 8 hours per day.
- You must have Liability insurance (typically about $40/month).
Some of the perks of working for us:
Fexible hours: depending upon whether or not you prefer 25 hours or 40 hours in a week. Whether you’re a mom who wants to work mid-day shifts, a student wanting to work a few hours, or you're wanting to build yourself a full roster of clients, we have a schedule to suit your needs. We do prefer to hire people who want Full Time Hours (30-40/week).
Great Wage Rates: We typically start most of our cleaners at $23.40 per hour after their first 2 or 3 weeks, as long as you are getting good reviews of your work. You also get to keep any tips you make!
Write-off your expenses: given that you will be employed as a subcontractor, you’ll have the bonus of being able to write off some of your car expenses, cleaning supplies, cell phone, and any other things you’ll need for work.
Weekly Pay: many companies pay once per month or even every 2 weeks. We pay you once per week so that you never have to wait too long before getting paid, and I always pay my cleaners on time. (Believe it or not, some companies do not).
Great Clients: I've cleaned before, and still do, which is why I know how important it is to have clients who are easy to clean for. You’ll love getting to know new and interesting people, who respect your work and your time.
Stay Green, Stay Healthy: I’ve heard stories of cleaners who have developed serious health problems because of the different products they used while cleaning. We always do our best to use non-toxic cleaning products when working with our clients, to keep you strong and healthy.
Casual dress: you get to work in your comfy clothes all day long! We only ask that you wear our company T-shirts and dark blue pants while cleaning.
