We're currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual with proven leadership skills to work as Assistant Manager in our Champlain location. This position will report to the Store Manager to assist with operations and to ensure an unmatched customer experience at all times.

Plus, our in-store beauty bars provide a wide range of services including manicures and eyebrow shaping, all in an upbeat and fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through a sales focus and also through coaching and motivating employees
- Oversee day to day inventory management, maintain product displays and promotional material
- Ensure store and salon are kept clean, neat and organized and that all company policies are followed by employees at all times
- Book appointments, answer customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner
- Assign tasks and oversee employee duties
- Manage daily schedule to ensure optimal efficiency between retail and services components of the business
- Ensure a positive work environment for employees and a superior customer experience
