We’re seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Vancouver and contribute to delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects in the power and mining sectors. You’ll play a key role in technical delivery, project leadership and client development, with a strong focus on dam-related infrastructure and heavy civil works.

- Lead the delivery of civil engineering design for mining and power projects, from concept through detailed design and construction support
- Serve as Technical Lead and/or Engineer of Record (EOR) on selected mandates
- Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings and technical specifications
- Oversee the design of site infrastructure, including earthworks, drainage, water management systems, haul roads and mine-related facilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
- Ensure technical quality, compliance with codes and standards, and constructability of deliverables
- Manage projects (scope, budget, schedule) and lead coordination with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, scope definition, cost estimation and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow services in the mining and power sectors
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team development

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- P.Eng. (EGBC) or eligible for registration in British Columbia
- Over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, with strong exposure to mining projects
- Proven experience in design of civil infrastructure (earthworks, water management, drainage, roads)
- Experience serving as Technical Lead, Project Engineer or EOR on complex projects
- Strong understanding of Canadian codes, standards and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in project management and multidisciplinary coordination
- Proven client engagement and business development experience
- Proficiency with civil design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D; others are assets)
- Willingness to support both office-based work and field/site assignments
- Asset: experience with dam safety, tailings, hydraulic structures or hydro-related infrastructure
