Job Opportunity: Heat Press Operator & Direct-to-Film (DTF) Print Specialist
Truro, NS / Full-Time / Mon- Fri 8:30-4:30
We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented, hands-on creative to join our growing custom apparel team! If you’ve got a keen eye for precision, a knack for quality control, and a passion for print—this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate heat press equipment to apply designs onto garments and other surfaces
- Handle and manage DTF printing from setup to final production
- Prepare materials, align transfers, and ensure proper temperature, pressure, and placement
- Inspect final products for quality, consistency, and durability
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience with heat press machines and DTF technology (or willing to learn!)
- Is reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely
- Pays strong attention to detail and takes pride in clean, crisp results
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Enjoys working with their hands and loves creative industries
