Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. The position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a dynamic restaurant environment and requires a commitment to food and safety ; an ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift, adhering to health and safety standards
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
