Field Sales Representative - Equipment Sales
Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to join their team in Summerside, PEI. This organization operates a multi-location network across Atlantic Canada, providing equipment solutions to customers in the agricultural and turf sectors. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory, selling new and used equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and available inventory
- Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field
- Follow a structured sales process from lead generation to closing
- Track and maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Assist in planning and participating in customer events and promotions
- Support customers with financing options and purchasing decisions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Attend training sessions and industry-related events

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in equipment or a related field
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment is an asset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to understand and interpret basic sales data and reports
- Flexible availability, including occasional extended hours
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
