Role Description
GarDel Metal Products Inc. is seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist for a full-time, on-site position located in Richmond Hill, ON. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to manufacture metal components as per specifications. This role includes interpreting technical drawings, maintaining machinery, performing quality control checks to ensure precision, and adhering to safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Machine Operation and Machinery setup
- Experience in Machining and Milling processes
- Skills in Quality Control and accuracy to ensure compliance with specifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of workplace safety standards in manufacturing environments
- Previous experience in a similar CNC Machinist role preferred
- Completion of a machinist or related technical program is a plus
This position is for Day Shift, 7:30am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
