Job Summary
Goliath Energy is looking for a hard-working, mechanically inclined individual ready to build a career in oil and gas well services. This is a physically demanding, hands-on field position working alongside a small, tight-knit crew on snubbing operations. This role involves supporting the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment and assisting with various tasks on oil and gas drilling sites. Candidates with the class 1/3 license with oilfield experience.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small field crew on snubbing and well services operations
- Operate and handle hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow direction from supervisors and lead hands on location
- Maintain equipment and keep the work site clean and organized
- Uphold safety standards on every job, every day
- Represent Goliath Energy's values in the field
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience (farm, ranch, trades, or similar)
- Strong work ethics and reliability — you do what you say you'll do
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract (MUST HAVE CLASS 1/3)
- Own reliable vehicle
- H2S Alive certification
- Standard First Aid / CPR certification
- Fall Protection certification
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol compliance screening
- Team player who takes direction well and is willing to learn
- Physically fit and comfortable with demanding outdoor work
