Your Role at a Glance
As part of our team, you will support the day-to-day administration and processing of:
- Life Insurance applications
- Critical Illness and Disability Insurance
- Group Benefits and Retirement plans
- Existing client policy service and follow-up
You will work closely with our advisors and administrative team to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support.

What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3–5 years of experience in the Canadian Life Insurance, Investments, Mutual Fund, or Group Benefits/Retirement industry
- Strong organizational and client service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in helping clients with retirement, estate, and succession planning
- LLQP licensing considered an asset
