Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing the necessary tools and equipment to efficiently perform repairs and maintenance on various makes and models.
Duties
- Diagnose automotive issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including technical engine, transmission and driveline repairs, brake systems, electrical systems, suspension and more.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repair, rebuilding or replacement.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the repair process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle components during repairs or maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for automotive repair tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
- Experience in a dealership environment is acceptable but experience with various makes and models is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle repairs.
- Capabilities to diagnose, repair, rebuild or replace and maintain various automotive components as part of the repair process.
Hours are 40hrs a week, we are open 5 days a week and are flexible in shifts worked.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.32-$50.65 per hour
