What You Will Do

Full investigation, evaluation, analysis, negotiation and settlement of automobile claims for repairable vehicles from start to end of claim cycle

Conduct claim investigations via appropriate communication channels

Coordinates, consults, negotiates and collaborates with appraisers, body shops, third party insurers and vendors

Determine coverage, evaluate liability, subrogation exposure and potential

Review and analyze losses to ensure files meet the guideline criteria and determine proper kind of loss

Maintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority level
Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who Are You

Post-secondary education completion
-
2-3 years customer service experience
-
1-5 years prior claims handling experience preferred

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Excellent organizational skills

Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
