Lally Kia is looking for an energetic, driven, and hands-on Director of Sales to join our leadership team.
This is not a desk-only management position. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being on the showroom floor, coaching the sales team, helping close deals, and actively selling vehicles while leading by example.

Actively sell new and pre-owned vehicles while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales objectives.
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, repeat customers, phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and community networking.
Follow up on all internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and unsold prospects using the dealership's sales process.
Perform trade appraisals with management and present competitive purchase proposals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow every opportunity through to delivery.
Provide an exceptional ownership experience that generates repeat and referral business.
Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up activities.
Lead by example by consistently demonstrating elite sales performance.
Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Conduct ongoing sales training, role-playing, and performance coaching.
Monitor performance and hold the team accountable to dealership standards.
Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Assist Sales Consultants with deal structuring and negotiations.
Support deal closings to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the Finance & Insurance Department to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Manage wholesale inventory using OpenLane and other wholesale platforms.
Assist with pricing strategies and aged inventory management.
Ensure inventory is merchandised and marketed effectively.
Deliver an outstanding purchase experience and SSI Score.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain Lally Kia's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Close the dealership every Monday evening and when needed by the management team.
Ensure security and closing procedures are followed.
Support the Sales Manager and General Manager in achieving dealership objectives.
Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales experience.
Proven sales success.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Organized, motivated and results-driven.
